I love my new car, however, Nathan is the WORST. He lied to me about the final cost of my vehicle. Not to mention he only returns phone calls once you've called and left several messages. After purchase, I asked to speak with his supervisor and he refused to let me talk to whoever it was, only said that he would relay my message which I figure he did not. When I called the main line and asked to be transferred to that person, I left another message for that person and never got a call back. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting. Don't get me wrong, I used to love this dealership; while I was leasing. But once you buy a used car from them, they treat you like you're less of a person. Long story short, if you do decide to use this dealership, try to use any other salesperson.
