Both my two daughters and i trained here for the 5 years we lived in Maryland. I loved this gym. They had tons of classes, were extremely involved in getting everyone's skill sets up, and were accommodating and friendly. If you want to train, learn, and potentially instruct yourself, THIS is the gym to be at in the Columbia area. Top Notch.
