I paid for tire rotations and I the dealership definitely did NOT rotate my tires. I also had wrapped my steering wheel in cellophane (due to COVID) only to have it removed as soon as I get there and the mechanic has gotten grease on my door and steering wheel. I will never go to this dealership again,.
