Salesman was incompetent. I asked to be shown a vehicle I saw online. He walked out looked left then right. Didn't see it. Said it must've sold. A week later, car is still online. Car IS on their lot. Test drove car. (Which I discovered had a huge mark up over the fair market value range) Had same salesman. Salesman was super weird, awkward, made inappropriate comments, laughed at his own jokes for really long times. Terrible experience over all. I would prefer to go somewhere else. I have also had issue with the service department. I had my brake fluid emptied and refilled. They left air in the lines which causes brakes to not work and returned it to me. I drove it shortly and took it back. They apologized and offered me free oil changes. Umm you gave me my car back with non working brakes. Someone could've been hurt. A few free Oil changes seems insufficient. They did fix the brakes and we just got out of there. Went back to get the 3 free oil changes as promised. No record of it ever being said. They were like "What are you talking about?" I explained why I was promised oil changes. They just shrugged and said "Oh". Got one free, was promised 3 free, but not worth the whole questioning and explaining run around. I wouldn't recommend this place.
