I called today to speak on behalf of my brother on getting a TLX. I spoke to a wonderful young man named Mike who was very professional and easy going. The really impressive part of this story is that the receptionist thought I got disconnected and never spoke to Mike the salesman. Since she thought I got disconnected the recourse was a immediate call back from the GM Nick. I help my family and friends with there car buying/leasing and the GM reaching out while running a busy store for a intial sales call is totally amazing and unheard of.
