We worked with Melissa and had a great experience. She was incredibly responsive, worked with my realtor to get a lot done without needing me to pass on information, but still keeping me informed. We were able to everything physically distant during this pandemic, and kept my immune-compromised partner safe. Everything was done very timely and we were able to get mortgage approval and close on a house in about one month!
