Horrible experience. Complete ripper!

Went to consult with an urologist with some previous reports. Payed RM 300 downstairs as registration and doctor s consultation fee (which is already higher than other hospitals). Consulted with the doctor. The doctor took some extra time as he had to take help of google to convert some of the values from the reports as they were not done from Malaysia. He said everything was okay in the reports and no medication required.

After I got out, i was told that I need to pay an additional RM 141 for the extra time. In total RM 441 for just to know that everything was okay! I mean how on earth do they even justify that?!!!

I am quite shocked by the service.
