Have had intermittent internet connection for 9 months,the last 2 months almost no connection, have spoken to over 12 support staff, wasted hours and hours on the phone, have waited for call backs that don't happen, this week end said i wanted a refund would be getting on to T.I.O. and wanted a call back from a supervisor to confirm waited around no call back.
