Recently I had some issues with my Internet/phone...

Recently I had some issues with my Internet/phone billing. I contacted iinet and spoke to customer team member, James (Hannah). James and I spoke at length about the problem and thanks to James's patience and detective skills we finally worked out what had happened.

As a result I have been reimbursed any duplicate payments that were made. A great result.

I would like to thank James for his professionalism, he was at all times, articulate, knowledgeable, understanding, and it was a pleasure to deal with him.

Iinet should be very proud to have someone like James working for them.
