Two years is too short for the hotel to deteriorat...

Two years is too short for the hotel to deteriorate this quickly. From the food - the lunch buffet was not a pleasant experience -- the food were cold, the chefs (specially the ones in charge of the pasta and grill) were struggling with the requests, couldn't keep up and worse, mixing up the orders. The facilities (room amenities are dated and you will find molds around the pool) definitely need improvement. In short, this hotel is crying for a make-over! Will not return here until they fix the entire hotel.
