My first review was not flattering, but after Barry, the sales-manager contacted me,
apologized for any misunderstanding and asked me to give them another chance
I agreed and this time the visit was as I hoped the first would. Adam the salesman, aslo apologized and help move the sale along taking Great **** care of us. Ronaldo, in finance, was outstanding. Making our transition from a one BMW home to a two BMW home smooth and seamless.
I strongly recommend this dealership!
