Check in was quick and easy. Polite staff at front desk when I arrived around 10 pm.
Ordered room service for me and my daughter . The crawfish tails tasted fishy and not fresh . We couldn t eat them . The red beans and rice were dry and several beans were hard and some of the rice was hard . Was like they fed us day old food that was sitting . They forgot all the hot sauce and salt and pepper but we were too tired and had an early wake up so we force fed ourself the beans. Gag!!!
Bought breakfast would be better . Hellllll no! Worst pancakes I have ever tasted . Tasted literally like flour water . Bacon over cooked and potatoes just as bland as the pancakes. I clearly told them service for two and they set up service for one . Oh and when i ordered the Latin lady who amswred said I had to pay cash. I was like since when lol! I have a card on file . So she calls the front desk who told her yes she paid for the room in advance but does have a card for incidentals . The Latin woman translates that to because I paid my room in advance I had to pay cash for my food . What morons . I had to call front desk to get what was really said and call back room service to basically go off and say the card is on file . Not a cool way to wake up and order breakfast having to call front desk to find out what you already know . They need a new chef for sure , people who can understand English better answering the phones and taking orders, and a more organized staff when it comes to setting up place setting numbers and seasonings for room service . I won t stay here again since I order room service just about every place I stay so I can be in my own room comfortable . They really need to revisit their kitchen staff !!!!
