Every comment regarding their service and especial...

Every comment regarding their service and especially the payment system with Western Union is correct...it is absolutely terrible!!! I have attempted to be put on auto-pay multiple times (their way) for over a year now and am still unsuccessful. So, then you have to call them and when you finally get a hold of someone (after 30+ minutes), they will ask you to use your debit card or bank account they have on file!!! But can they authorize an auto pay...absolutely not!! Which, in my opinion, is absolutely stupid...

Every other utility or service company I have dealt with has been happy to set this system up because...they want to get paid! BR/Ascension Water Co. almost seems to try to make it difficult for their customers. And when I asked them if I had any other options, the answer was..."no, you don't." So, basically, up yours buddy!

Also, the phone number for the BR Water Co. on the bill that comes to my house has been disconnected for over 3 years and they still list it as the primary contact phone number for issues...so, that should tell you all you need to know. "Call us...but don't expect any help...and by the way, sorry the automated message took two minutes to tell you to call someone else."

This company was privatized several years ago but seriously needs to be considered to be bought back by the Parish and operated publicly...

This company needs competition...badly!
