Since we are new to the area and considering it is in our own backyard, we decided to check out Frankie G's on Saturday night. On first impression the place was busy, which is a good sign or so we thought. We were seated fairly quickly, we then had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to come by and take our order. We finally were able to order our drinks and food. 30 minutes later still no drinks or food. I can understand the food part but not the drinks, it was a beer and a glass of wine. I waved the server over and she was surprised that we had not received our drinks yet. Another 10 minutes and still nothing. After all this waiting we left, as we were walking out the door one of the staff asked us if everything was ok, we replied that we had not received our drinks or food. We wanted to have a local place where we could go out for drinks and dinner. If they had good customer service we would be here every weekend, too bad. This place fails to understand the importance of good customer service and underestimates the power of negative reviews. Continued horrendous customer service like this will sink them in the end. What a disappointment.
