I had to call back three times . Their phone operator's attitudes span from helpful to downright disrespectful. I was disconnected twice and and given wrong information on every call. When I called back and finally got through the shuttle was sold out. When I tried to ask for a manger, I was on hold for 10 minutes and grilled by the operator for my reason to speak with the manager. No thanks!
