We recently purchased a new car from this dealership, we had great service when dealing with Dan and Nicky. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new car to look no further. There was no pressure when buying the suv or when in finance dept dealing with the warranty add ons. They were able to answer all our questions and gave some good tips. ***Update****. A Year now of owning this car and the service is the worse part of owning this car. The Department is not managed well. This dealership has no idea what good customer experience is. I wish there was another option on the southside for VW service.
