This was my first time buying a car and I did not have very good experience at other dealerships. I am a very non-impulsive person when it comes to money so I like to take my time with a decision. Other dealerships always tried to rush or pressure me into making a purchase I wasn't 100% about. Jakob Lied was the salesman that helped walk me through everything answering all of my questions along the way. Even if he didn't know the answer, he was honest with me that he didn't ans instead found someone that did know the answer. Everyone there is so friendly and Jakob made my car purchase a very enjoyable experience. I was skeptical of some aspects of the car, and they were able to let me talk to the mechanic side by side with the car to have more detailed explanations on the quality of it. At the end of the day I bought a car! Jakob helped me not because he just wanted to make a quick few bucks, but because he wanted me to go home with a car that I would enjoy, be safe in, and can afford. This dealership treats you like they want you to come back and buy your future cars there, which I think is so much more important than pressuring your customers into a purchase. The price of the car was very fair and the quality of them is honest and good! The warranty that they offer is also a really great deal and I highly recommend it with a car purchase. I am so happy with my purchase and will continue to recommend my friends and family to Jakob Lied!
