We purchased a Caldera Spa from Monarch Pool Care back in 2014 and the staff has been amazing to work with from day one. The staff is super informative, patient, and friendly and is always willing to offer tips and advice to make your pool/spa experience great. We've purchased our chemicals, had our water tested many times, had our hot tub winterized, had it relocated, submitted warranty claims, etc. and Monarch is always wonderful and easy to work with. Len and Ruth are such a wonderful and kind couple and that reflects in each and every one of their employees, interactions and service calls. The Stafford and Fredericksburg areas are lucky to have such a great company around. If you go into their stores you will be greeted with a friendly smile, knowledgeable staff, and a great stock of all your pool care and spa needs. I highly recommend Monarch Pool Care for all your pool/spa needs.
