Lawson Lundell has gotten too big for its britches primarily on forcing kids to be tax shields to the parents contrary to 245(3) of the Canadian Income Tax Act. They are hiding billions in avoidance taxes which could literally help pay our deficit. Someone please take these greedy corporate lawyers down as many of the tax issues they deal with have gone well past grey into black and white "illegal tax avoidance".
