Lance took great care of me and the car yesterday....

Lance took great care of me and the car yesterday. I made my service reservation on the David McDavid website (worked easily) and took the car in for service Monday morning at 7am. Lance Croft was the service consultant and he explained the possible problem and steps they would take to make sure the car was returned to me in good health. The service technicians had to replace the alternator and the car was ready to be picked-up before noon. Many thanks. John
