When shopping for a car for my wife we fortunately ran into Kai when we arrived at Steve Marshall. He was a true professional through the entire process, and was never pushy in any way even though it was 2 month between visits thanks to our busy schedule.

He took the time to show us numerous vehicles, each time bringing them close to the showroom to spare us wandering around the lot with our 2 young kids. Went through detail after detail and took the time to listen to my wife with her expectations for a vehicle and worked to find the vehicle for HER, not me, and not the dealership. Very appreciated to see this level of service in an industry that often doesn't understand the term.
