One star is far too much too the non-existent customer service within this company. You call them countless times, send emails and nobody answers. It represents a real gamble for clients who do not receive the money back after their return even after a month. No tracking, update or return status or payment order status.
It seems that a complaint to ANPC is the only remaining solution to recover the damage.
In short, a company NEEDFUL!
