I Started here with a transformation challenge group 18 months ago. I have lost 40 lbs fat and added a lot of muscle. I live in lindon and drive to crossfit lehi daily because all the coaches are amazing athletes and even more amazing people. I couldn't imagine a better environment to train. thanks for everything Nathan
