On my 2018 Traverse bought at Jim Butler Chevrolet...

On my 2018 Traverse bought at Jim Butler Chevrolet in Fenton-MO:

I bought a very expensive car for more than fifty thousand dollars (including sales tax) and when I had the car serviced for the first time, I did not feel the dealer service department treated me properly and then later GM customer service could not address my issues:
1) Dealer representative told me my car could not be serviced in the same day as agreed on the appointment because I booked the appointment via GM phone Application. He told me I should have called because they do not check the content of the appointments in the app and there too many things to do in my car for same day appointments. So it is my fault they offer a service they can't honor. After complaining, the manager offered me a free car loaner.
2) About 10 days after I got my car back with a document saying there was NOT any charges for the services nor for the car loaner, I got a charge in my credit card for the double of the price I would pay per day if GM didn t agree to pay for the car.
3) I bought a brand new car that after less than five thousand miles start to smell mold from the HVAC system, even after be charged for a loaner car and contact GM customer service, every day the weather is warmer I get the mold smell. This incident happen in January 2018, now 3 months later the smell is still there.
4) I bought a 2018 car that is already obsolete regarding phone wireless charge pad once the phones launched by Apple in 2017 (IPhone 8 and X) are not compatible. GM customer service could not commit to take down GM dealer videos from YouTube with misleading information showing that the year model car that I bought is compatible with those Apple phones when in GM and Apple websites it says they are not compatible. 3 months after I contact GM in January, there are even more dealer videos misleading potential customers.

One of the reasons I bought a Chevrolet is because Jim Butler is the closest car dealer to my home, but now that it is getting close to my second car service I will need to find another dealer to try to resolve mold smell issue to my very expensive new car, once I don't trust Jim Butler Service Department to touch my car nor credit card again.
