Yesterday, I had done service for my car at Findlay Toyota in Henderson and I am extremely happy with this. My experience from two weeks ago cost me a lot of stress but it was just an episode that shows to not judge the whole company by one person actions. I really appreciate service manager Chelsea, and her help.
But yesterday I got under big impression of customer service Dalton McKenna. He provide best service I ever seen, great manners, knowledge, and being just very professional. For people like this I want to come back to this place. I am being their customer since the spring 2018 and I am going to continue getting service for my car at this place.
