It was an incompetence or ill-will when I arrived at the Vernon Hotel on 11/24/2016 at 2:00 PM, the reservation manager had not confirmed the 24/25/26/27/28/11/2016 . Thank you the reception lady got me to stay at least this day with my wife, I did not like the apartment we stayed, very bad old faucet badly placed, horrible toilet cover.
