A pain to deal with, unresponsive when we needed them most.

Brett Creager and his team did not return calls to the real estate team we were using and overall hurt our home buying experience. The day we signed almost got pushed for a 3rd time because of their inability to answer their phone and return calls....c'mon guys customer service is everything in this game. You will not be getting any positive feedback from this guy or his wife.

One list thing. They left the key-lock-holder on our new door handle making it inconvenient to grab the handle and damaging our door somewhat along with "Allowing us the privilege of storing their yard sign" for almost 3 weeks. I almost bought a pair of lock cutters and snipped it off to throw away along with the yard sign.
