Today I returned from vacation !! The truth is that sadness when you make the effort to save to go to rest for a few days on vacation and they sell you a stay in a 5-star hotel and surprise! You arrive at the hotel and it is super run down, the food is very poor, bad and of very poor quality. Drinks not very good either. But drinks don't matter that much to me why I hardly drink. But I do like it and I'm used to eating rich. Very friendly hotel staff shame. Many things that they have on their page or offer them to you. They changed my room why I made a complaint. And the 2 times I ate delicious, it was because they prepared specials for the same reason that I complained. There is much to tell, but it would take a lot of time. What am I going to do with all this? Do not sell or deceive people saying it is a 5 star hotel. For me, not even 3 stars. The truth is that I am very upset. I hope that with all that I am commenting, the people who are in charge of this hotel are a little more aware of what they are offering. There were many people annoyed by the same thing, but there are people who feel sorry for demanding what we pay. I hope this comment helps you improve and so that people are not fooled.
