Staff was unhelpful, try to get ahold of the lady name is Nina about the e-mail that i was sent my information about my e-pay from work..if she get my e-mail..... I have called multiple times a day to talk to Nina and she never available. Every time go thru her voicemail and still never get a phone back from her. I have to left the messages to the others lady that I need to talk to Nina today pls call me back. Finally take 3 days to able to speak to her. I am done with this Rainbow Property. They are unprofessional. They just collect the money for the application fee. Don't waste your money here. Worst rental company in billings.
