Last week my 8 week old puppy was vomiting and feeling lethargic. I called all around the other emergency clinics and no one answered. The only place that ended up responding was CVRC. I was so grateful because we found out that he ended up having parvo. My husband and I were devastated but the staff team took care of him throughout the whole process and kept us informed of his condition the whole time. They always picked up the phone and was able to clearly answer our questions. We were very anxious waiting for updates but we knew that he was being taken care of.

Fig was fully recovered from parvo and is currently in puppy quarantine from his siblings but has done amazingly well after going through something so traumatic.

We just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Ben Im! He is absolutely amazing! Every time he called us with an update he was courteous and very thorough in explaining the situation with detail. I had a ton of questions for him and he happily answered every single one with kindness and understanding. I m so grateful that he was the one to take care of Fig during this terrible time. I also wanted to thank all the vet techs and the rest of the staff team for working so hard at all hours of the day to provide care for our loving pets. Thank you so much for all that you do!
