City utilities is claiming I used 60,000 gallons of water last month. What a joke this organization is.

In response to this:

Blake agreed that the water usage was incorrect and that the meter reader incorrectly read my meter in April, May, June and June. Then all of a sudden, he read my meter correctly for all four months. Own up to your error!
