Jim Burroughs is my favorite service advisor of all time. I even had my car towed from Greensboro to Charlotte just so he could be the one to help me. He cares about me and about my car. He always returns my phone calls promptly, fits me in for service at times that work for me and gives me great advice. He treats me like part of his family. I could not appreciate him more.
