Hi, I had started to review my visit when my phone died. Sorry it looked like I was giving a bad review. Absolutely not, I was blown away by the hotel refurbishment. Its been a while since I had been in Newcastle, I always admired the hotel, it's stunning. The staff were lovely and helpful. Had a great time.
