I ordered a part after an adviser certified me by ...

I ordered a part after an adviser certified me by phone that this part was in stock with them, when it was not ... I asked for a refund which still has not been made after a delay of one month and nobody can give me concrete answers or pass me a responsible.
This scam is relatively common on this site, they do not keep their stocks up to date, and the telephone service is poor. So to flee urgently !!!
