I serviced my car for the first time (and the last) at Northside Lexus; the car needed an Express Oil Change; the staff were prompt, courteous and professional; at the end, I also received a $4,700 estimated "recommendation" repairs... It was a shock, since I service my car regularly at Clear Choice Houston. Soon after this oil change, my husband lifted up the hood & found 1/2 of the screws were missing ... At this point, the "inflated" suggested repairs didn't have any credibility either.
I'm disappointed & certain I'm not the only one who has experienced these kind of results.
