We experienced an amazing sales process when I helped my wife purchase her Certified pre-owned Lexus. Alex was a true gentleman, and tried his best to offer value, and while he didn't like my counter offers, he remained congenial throughout the process. We got a fair price on a very well maintained vehicle. In addition, the F&I manager was also a gentleman. Unlike most F&I Managers, he didn't beat us over the head and try to manipulate us into buying extra items, and he also had a more professional appearance. Since the Lexus comes with a two year bumper to bumper warranty, I told my wife to get an additional two year bumper to bumper Lexus warranty. Honestly, I doubt that we will ever use it, since it is a well maintained Lexus, but I hope that she will keep this vehicle for four years, lol.
