This company issued me a parking fine while I was out of the country, they followed this up with a CCJ while I was still out of the country. All documents were sent to an old address. The county court subsequently set aside the judgement and they were ordered to send a claim pack and all details to my new address within 28 days. They did not comply with this. After many failed contact attempts I finally spoke to someone from the legal team who could not give me any details, but stated the claim will just be struck off as you won t receieve anything from us . I asked for this in writing but it was refused. I suggest that anyone who has a valid claim against their parking fine contact the citizens advice, and not be afraid of going to the court for help. Don t let yourself be bullied.
