If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I was going to come workout at this location after trying out Title Boxing. But after hearing the experience a friend of mine had, I do not plan on supporting a company that degrades their clients. After she decided not to proceed with a membership, the trainer named Remy told her that she does not take her body and health seriously and that her friend would look better if she lost weight. Also it is evident that the trainers that are employed are illegitimate. Either the trainer needs to be trained on customer service, sales and health and wellness. Or the trainer needs to seek a more suitable career. As an Olympic athlete, I don t think it is worth going to this location and/or supporting a business that does not welcome all people at different fitness levels.
