We stayed in April 2019 and had my grand daughter not had her heart set on the dolphin encounter, we would have left soon after our arrival. We waited for over 2 hours for our check in! And there were many others waiting as well! For the price they charge at this place, they should be able to manage it better! The staff was rude and actually ignored us once they realized we were not happy with them. They did purchase a meal for us during our stay for their incompetence.
The grounds are great and a nice place for kids.
