The first time we called, we let them know that prior exprience with our issue required 2 spools to reach the clog of roots. They showed up with only one spool, letting us know the issue was probably not fixed. The bill came, which was almost twice as much as our previous Mort's Inc. bill was, and when we called to voice our displeasure, all we got was an explanation of the bill. A month later, we had to call again because the issue was not resolved. Again, we called and expressed our issue with paying more for a problem that was never solved, especially since we let them know ahead of time to bring 2 spools and they did not. The only thing they did to reconcile was send one guy instead of 2 to cut back on labor costs. The one they sent was belittling and snarky, and we will never make the mistake of calling Mort's Water Company again.
