WAITED 9 HOURS IN THE ER!!!

NEVER AGAIN!

I brought my mother in to the ER for debilitating knee pain which left her unable to stand or walk.

She was there from 2pm and I took her home at 11pm without a formal discharge.

I literally had to beg a customer representative for her discharge papers which they claimed they had given her during her long wait.

Nobody at the ER told her what she was diagnosed with and I had to read the discharge papers to find out what she had.

They said she suffered from "knee pain" and she wasn't even given a prescription for the pain.

I took my mother home limping and in the same pain she came in with.

I've had better experiences at Coney Island Hospital. At least they don't lie and give you the runaround.

Plus, Coney Island Hospital has a bigger ER.
