Great service team, which, definitely, did right by me. I had tried to make a telephone appointment, waited two times for twenty minutes, each time, and then left a message for a return call. Never got the call back. I always stay in the campground, when passing through Tampa. That is where I met, Todd Hunt, Service Advisor, Bremer and Josh, both Service Techs, and Kyle Boulware, Option Zone Supervisor. They struck up a conversation with me and I told them that I had tried to make a service appointment for my inoperative reefer. They, immediately, responded to my site, found the problem, ordered the neccessary parts and had my reefer working and cold within 24 hrs., that s after I had been troubleshooting the problem for the past week. I would never hesitate to have my Renegade serviced at Lazydays, again. The service team did fantastic work and as one can tell, I could not be happier.
