I tried to take an online class in Mandarin at this so called prestigious university and I recommend any NOT to start to think of it even.
Of course payment is done online quickly via VISA or MASTERCARD, but then the schedule planning takes a while ( at least 10 days ) : Then I got 3 different invitations to a pre meeting (all on other dates ), partly after it was held. So I was considered as absent, lessons were given without my approval and participation as I didn't know anything about it. But money was deducted.
I have participated at many language classes before ( fluent in German , Norwegian, English and French ) , but never experienced such a chaotic planning and mismanagement. I just gave up before I even could start. Never saw a teacher.
I hope to see any of my 500 US$ back ..
There are other online classes in Chinese offered, can only be a better choice ...
