I purchased the Gold care maintenance agreement plan for a peace of mind and added my furnace to the plan as well. I just received my yearly inspection today by David. I love that Isaac's sends a email with your scheduled appointment date (which you can change if you like). David called to see if he could come earlier which I liked and he was very polite and professional. He pointed out my installing of the filter incorrectly and was nice enough to put a reminder on the system to help me remember which way to install. I am totally satisfied with Isaac's service and highly recommend them. Some see the monthly maintenance plan as unnecessary and too costly ($29.16 monthly) but I see it as a necessary preventative measure.
