I wish I could love it more, always seems disorgan...

I wish I could love it more, always seems disorganized. Aquatic staff seems disengaged or unaware of posted rules. Have observed a lifeguard cringing as a child blatantly disobeys slide rules but does not blow whistle or engage with child. Facility seems to have issues maintaining basics like fixing sink leaks. I realize that it is not for profit but maybe taking care of what you have might take priority over building a new facility.
