Staff kept asking the same questions as if they do...

Staff kept asking the same questions as if they don t communicate with each other. Hospital was calling my phone requesting payment and I just got out of surgery. Kept me there extra for no reason. Absolutely no sleep the whole 4 days I was there. Nurses were nice and helpful but billing dept was a pain.
