I had concerns about rodents and food that the community donated and left outside the building but after calling the food bank and expressing my concern immediately the staff notified the manager and called me back to assure me that the food donated that was contaminated is thrown away for that exact reason, So leaving food outside the building is the Cause of the problem! please let s not do that. I was advised that there s a fridge in the far left of the building that can be used to put the food inside to save it from the critters and also can use the barrels placed in Safeway Roxbury for donations. It s a relief to know that the staff at our food bank cares about safety of the community, thanks for that, we all want to stay the safest posible
