Director of Operations Jeff Mount, and his team of experienced instructors, run an amazing facility up in Columbia, MD.

The instructors there have no ego or superiority towards those they are training and instead demonstrate a commitment to making certain those training learn effective self-defense techniques.

I trained there for just over two years, progressing through Level I testing up through prepping for Level II testing, and found the training each day to be continuously fun, challenging, and focused on real-world application. If it wasn't such a hassle driving I-95 every night to get to class, I'd still be there today.

I would recommend this place to anyone, of any skill level.
