The Good Stuff: 1st follow-up visit from initial visit in August '19, they were right on with the follow-up scheduling call. This visit presented a very professional, engaging and upbeat Dr, much more so than previously and that made for a a lot more confidence that I'm on a good track for eye care. His medical staff was excellent this time as well as last year.

Could use some improvement: Front Desk staff, prefacing these comments, 1 out of 3, the lady at the middle station, was great! Where things went a little South, the young fella at the sign-in kiosk was ambivalent at best, the lady at the end station was rather condescending.

It was the lady at the middle station that saved the day, she's very warm, welcoming, engaging and efficient.
