Herb Chambers BMW Boston delivered my car without the required Rhode Island state inspection sticker which has resulted in having the registration suspended before we made our second payment. The response from Aaron (General Manager?) was that we should have known to have that done (blame the consumer - great strategy). #negligence and utter #incompetence.
I expected more than amateur horse-play from Herb Chambers.

Although, it should be noted - Aaron offered to reimburse me for my expenses (inspection sticker, tow). He'll also be receiving a bill for the time I've wasted doing their job.
